Napatech develops and markets next-generation programmable and intelligent network adapters. We expect to see a huge growth in the demand for intelligent and programmable adapters as the need for Ethernet speed increases. The current PC architecture limits the amount of bandwith that can be handled by the PCI bus and CPU/memory. Our vision is that many CPU- and memory-intensive operations can be off-loaded to the adapter hardware.
