Jens Christophersen is CTO and co-founder of Napatech. Jens has more that twenty-five years of experience working with the design of network system equipment for electronics, telecommunications and internet industries.
Prior to Napatech, Jens was co-founder of Acume Systems and worked as CTO. From 1999 to 2001 Jens worked as Lead Architect at Cisco Systems designing and heading the development of cable router line cards for DVB and DOCSIS. From 1997 to 1999, Jens worked as Development Manager in Cocom (acquired by Cisco Systems in 1999) responsible for the cable head-end development. From 1988 to 1997, Jens worked for Olicom on ATM, Ethernet and Token Ring product development. From 1982 to 1987, Jens worked with development of computer systems for NATO and others.
