Product: Napatech Time Synchronization Unit

The Napatech Time Synchronization Unit (NTTSU) distributes time synchronization signals to Napatech network adapters.

The Time Synchronization Unit can operate as time synchronization master using GPS signal, or as stand-alone synchronization master using its free-running counter, or with one network adapter as the time synchronization master.

High-precision time synchronization via GPS

Thus Napatech network adapters at remote destinations can be synchronized to the same source. When the Time Synchronization Unit operates in GPS mode, it must be connected to an external Trimble GPS antenna.
