Lars Boilesen

LARS BOILESEN

CEO NAPATECH

Lars Boilesen has extensive experience in the international software and technology industry. He previously serves as Chief Executive Officer for the Norwegian-listed software company Opera Software ASA (Opera), where he has overseen the sale of the company’s browser, privacy and performance apps to a Chinese consortium. He has also been involved in a number of acquisitions, including that of AdColony in 2014.

Prior to becoming the CEO of Opera in 2010, Boilesen served as the company’s Executive Vice President of Sales & Distribution from 2000 to 2005, and was on the Board of Directors from 2007 to 2009. Boilesen spent several years at Tandberg as head of the Northern Europe and Asian-Pacific markets and as Vice President of Worldwide Sales and Sales Director. He also served as CEO for the Nordic and Baltic Region at Alcatel-Lucent and as Marketing Manager for Eastern Europe in LEGO Group.

Boilesen holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics from Aarhus School of Business and a postgraduate diploma from Kolding Business School. He is a Danish citizen and resides in Norway.

Heine Thorsgaard

HEINE THORSGAARD

CFO NAPATECH

Heine Thorsgaard joined Napatech as CFO in November 2018 and works out of the Copenhagen office. Heine has more than 15 years of experience from senior financial positions several of which in listed companies and has in-depth knowledge within Napatech’s field of expertise and in building investor relationships.

Prior to joining Napatech, Heine has extensive experience from different CFO positions in several different companies, both in the IT and engineering consultancy industries. Heine holds a MSc from Roskilde University and a PhD from Copenhagen Business School.

Henrik Brill Jensen

HENRIK BRILL JENSEN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Henrik Brill Jensen was appointed interim CEO of Napatech in February 2023. Henrik leads the overall strategy and execution of the Napatech business to capture the opportunities within the growing SmartNIC market. He brings over 30 years of combined experience from the security, cloud, networking, software, and telecom industries.

Prior to this appointment Henrik has served as COO from 2018 and Henrik Brill Jensen joined Napatech as CEO in 2005. Henrik works at the Copenhagen office with a focus on executing the strategy of Napatech.

Prior to joining Napatech, he worked as manager for DWD in Copenhagen (an Infineon Technologies Company) and also served as director of product creation at Flextronics ODM in Denmark, where he was responsible for the development and manufacturing of mobile phones. In 2001 Henrik co-founded next-generation Ethernet start-up Firstmile Systems and worked as president & COO. Prior to this, he worked for Intel as director of engineering at the Converged Communications Division in Denmark, where he was responsible for the creation of the Intel® Express Router portfolio. Henrik started his network communications career in 1996 by joining Cray Communications as project manager. From 1986 to 1996, he performed research and development related to transducer and monitor equipment. Henrik Brill Jensen holds a B.Sc. in electrical and mechanical engineering from the Danish Technical University and a degree in specialized business studies from Copenhagen Business College.

Jarrod Siket

Jarrod Siket joined Napatech in 2017 as Chief Marketing Officer. Jarrod’s focus is on creating high-growth business opportunities fueled by new cloud and mobile networking trends. He is responsible for all aspects of Napatech marketing, including strategic planning, product management, partner and ecosystem business development, as well as product and corporate marketing.

Jarrod brings an extraordinary combination of business and technical expertise from nearly 25 years of successful strategy development and execution in public and private companies. He has held executive sales, marketing and advisory positions at ThreatQuotient, Netbeez, Netronome Systems, Tollgrade Communications, Marconi Communications and FORE Systems. Jarrod holds a bachelor of science in information and decision systems from Carnegie Mellon University, and a master of science in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

Flemming Andersen

FLEMMING ANDERSEN

CHIEF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Flemming Andersen is Executive Vice President of Engineering at Napatech, heading up the R&D team located in Copenhagen. Flemming is responsible for driving Napatech’s engineering activities and ensuring that the R&D team continually develops cutting-edge solutions that fulfill customer needs. This includes process, organizational, and technology development at operational and strategic levels, as well as directing project planning and execution. Flemming has more than 25 years of experience working with product development and engineering management in the datacom/telecom industry.

Prior to Napatech, he was head of the HW Project Office in Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Entry Division. From 2002 to 2006, Flemming worked as R&D manager for Danish Interpretation Systems (now Shure) and then GN Netcom. In 2001 he co-founded next-generation Ethernet start-up Firstmile Systems and worked as VP of engineering. From 1997 to 2001, Flemming worked for Intel as HW manager at the Converged Communications Division in Denmark, where he was responsible for the creation of hardware platforms for the Intel® Express Router portfolio. Prior to this, he held various development engineer positions in Cray Communications, NKT Elektronik (now Tellabs) and GN Elmi (now Anritsu). Flemming Andersen holds an M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Danish Technical University and a graduate diploma in business administration from Copenhagen Business School.

Christian Jebsen

Christian Jebsen is a partner at Verdane Capital. Prior to Verdane, Jebsen has had a number of executive management positions in listed and unlisted companies including CEO of Kebony AS, CEO of Vmetro ASA, CFO/COO of Opera Software ASA and CEO of Stavdal ASA. Jebsen’s professional background also includes seven years of investment banking experience with Nomura International in London and Enskilda Securities (SEB) in Stockholm and Oslo. He holds a B.S. degree in economics and B.A. from Copenhagen Business School.

Danny Lobo

DANNY LOBO

Danny Lobo is a seasoned technology professional bringing more than 30 years of an extraordinary blend of strategic leadership, business acumen, and technical skills in leading cutting-edge products through its complete lifecycle. He is currently VP of Engineering at NETSCOUT and responsible for Platforms, Cloud and Network Packet Broker Research & Development. He is a polyglot technologist in diverse areas such as 5G, Dockers/K*8, high speed x86 Architectures, Security, OS/kernels, Networking/switching and strongly believes that complex problems require a spectrum of technologies to create an effective solution. Compelled by a deeply held conviction that technology should be understandable to all audiences, his goal is to be a resource to key decision makers in the tech industry.

Danny Lobo holds a Bachelors in EE from University of Bombay and a graduate Certificate of Management and Administration from Harvard (HES).

Howard Bubb

Howard Bubb has served as a public company CEO, corporate executive, venture backed entrepreneur, professional mentor and management consultant. Bubb has been consulting since 2009, repositioning struggling businesses, defining new market categories, and launching new business units to achieve high growth and dominant market segment share. A strong leader of people, he blends strategy and execution skills with a keen ability to engage talent. Howard Bubb is currently CEO of SARTA, a non-profit organization working with local companies, education and government to accelerate the growth of regional technology businesses.

On a global scale, Howard Bubb transformed the communications business at Intel from a mix of acquisitions into an integrated and cohesive $1.7B business unit. The division grew to become number one in its markets and went on to become one of the highest growth businesses at Intel for several years. Bubb earned a Bachelor of Science degree, from California Institute of Technology in 1976. He is a US citizen and resides in California, US.

Thomas Bonnerud

Thomas Bonnerud is a seasoned technology professional bringing more than 15 years of experience with high-tech products and market strategy, working closely with engineering, sales, customers. Bonnerud has a profound technical understanding of semiconductors, embedded systems, firmware, software, machine vision, and robotics. He is currently serving as CEO of Zivid AS and has previously served more than 17 years at Nordic Semiconductor, most recently as Director of Strategy and Investor Relations, including the company’s overall product and market strategy.

Beth Topolovsky

Beth Topolovsky is an international operating and management executive with a proven record of building and leading high-performance teams, by creating an energetic, accountable, and executing culture. Career Silicon Valley manager within Cisco Systems, Hewlett-Packard, and KLA Tencor. CEO and co-founder for Swedish start-up, Q2Labs, acquired in 2004. Strategic minded towards profitability and growth, with a great drive to create a unique company offering, both in products and company experience. Talented with making rapid assessments of diverse challenges within companies and teams, as well as leading problem-solving sessions and building discipline towards results. Technical education and experienced as a chip designer with Hewett-Packard.

Beth Topolovsky holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering.
