If you believe you’ve found a security vulnerability in a Napatech product, please email psirt@napatech.com to get in touch.
Please encrypt all sensitive details using our PGP public key: napatech_pgp_public_key.

Please note that this process is intended exclusively for reporting security vulnerabilities affecting officially released Napatech products. Reports should include sufficient information to enable investigation, such as affected products and versions, a description of the issue, and steps to reproduce it.

Issues related to example code, product usage, configuration, feature requests, general technical support, or other non-security matters are outside the scope of the Security Incident Response process.
