KARTIK SRINIVASAN

CEO NAPATECH

Kartik Srinivasan joins Napatech from his role as Chief Marketing Officer at Cornelis Networks, where he architected the company’s AI-first transformation and built and led a global marketing organization. He previously served as General Manager of Ethernet Connectivity Products at Intel, where he managed the company’s networking connectivity product line spanning 1G to 200G. Srinivasan has also held senior leadership roles at Marvell and Xilinx (now AMD). He holds an MS in Computer Engineering from North Carolina State University and resides in the United States.

KLAUS SKOVRUP

CFO NAPATECH

Klaus Skovrup joins Napatech from the position as CFO of LanguageWire, a global provider of digital language solutions. He previously served ten years at the Novo Nordisk spin-out NNIT, a Danish publicly listed IT services and consulting company. At NNIT, Klaus had several leadership positions, including, Vice President Finance, Head of Strategy and Head of IR. Klaus started his career in Novo Nordisk, where he held various positions within finance. He holds an Executive Master in Business Administration from Henley Business School and resides in Denmark.

HENRIK BRILL JENSEN

CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Henrik Brill Jensen is COO at Napatech, focused on execution of the Napatech strategy and business to capture the opportunities within the growing SmartNIC market. He brings over 30 years of combined experience from the security, cloud, networking, software, and telecom industries.

Prior to this appointment Henrik was appointed interim CEO of Napatech during 2023, served as COO from 2018 and before this Henrik Brill Jensen joined Napatech as CEO in 2005.

Prior to joining Napatech, he worked as manager for DWD in Copenhagen (an Infineon Technologies Company) and also served as director of product creation at Flextronics ODM in Denmark, where he was responsible for the development and manufacturing of mobile phones. In 2001 Henrik co-founded next-generation Ethernet start-up Firstmile Systems and worked as president & COO. Prior to this, he worked for Intel as director of engineering at the Converged Communications Division in Denmark, where he was responsible for the creation of the Intel® Express Router portfolio. Henrik started his network communications career in 1996 by joining Cray Communications as project manager. From 1986 to 1996, he performed research and development related to transducer and monitor equipment. Henrik Brill Jensen holds a B.Sc. in electrical and mechanical engineering from the Danish Technical University and a degree in specialized business studies from Copenhagen Business College.

JARROD J.S. SIKET

CHIEF MARKETING OFFICER

Jarrod Siket joined Napatech in 2017 as Chief Marketing Officer. Jarrod’s focus is on creating high-growth business opportunities fueled by new cloud and mobile networking trends. He is responsible for all aspects of Napatech marketing, including strategic planning, product management, partner and ecosystem business development, as well as product and corporate marketing.

Jarrod brings an extraordinary combination of business and technical expertise from nearly 25 years of successful strategy development and execution in public and private companies. He has held executive sales, marketing and advisory positions at ThreatQuotient, Netbeez, Netronome Systems, Tollgrade Communications, Marconi Communications and FORE Systems. Jarrod holds a bachelor of science in information and decision systems from Carnegie Mellon University, and a master of science in business administration from the University of Pittsburgh.

FLEMMING ANDERSEN

CHIEF RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT OFFICER

Flemming Andersen is Executive Vice President of Engineering at Napatech, heading up the R&D team located in Copenhagen. Flemming is responsible for driving Napatech’s engineering activities and ensuring that the R&D team continually develops cutting-edge solutions that fulfill customer needs. This includes process, organizational, and technology development at operational and strategic levels, as well as directing project planning and execution. Flemming has more than 25 years of experience working with product development and engineering management in the datacom/telecom industry.

Prior to Napatech, he was head of the HW Project Office in Sony Ericsson Mobile Communications, Entry Division. From 2002 to 2006, Flemming worked as R&D manager for Danish Interpretation Systems (now Shure) and then GN Netcom. In 2001 he co-founded next-generation Ethernet start-up Firstmile Systems and worked as VP of engineering. From 1997 to 2001, Flemming worked for Intel as HW manager at the Converged Communications Division in Denmark, where he was responsible for the creation of hardware platforms for the Intel® Express Router portfolio. Prior to this, he held various development engineer positions in Cray Communications, NKT Elektronik (now Tellabs) and GN Elmi (now Anritsu). Flemming Andersen holds an M.Sc. in electrical engineering from the Danish Technical University and a graduate diploma in business administration from Copenhagen Business School.

CHRISTIAN JEBSEN

CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Christian Jebsen is a partner at Verdane Capital. Prior to Verdane, Jebsen has had a number of executive management positions in listed and unlisted companies including CEO of Kebony AS, CEO of Vmetro ASA, CFO/COO of Opera Software ASA and CEO of Stavdal ASA. Jebsen’s professional background also includes seven years of investment banking experience with Nomura International in London and Enskilda Securities (SEB) in Stockholm and Oslo. He holds a B.S. degree in economics and B.A. from Copenhagen Business School.

LYNN A. COMP

BOARD MEMBER

Lynn Comp has a wide range of experiences spanning her ~30 years in the tech industry, from strategic planning and go to market of RISC SOCs for both communications infrastructure and mobile phones, to software pipelines laying the groundwork for rapid video-based ser-vices innovation, to pioneering the foundational libraries that paved the way for ‘software defined’ networking with telecommunications operators. Lynn has extensive experience in marketing, product management, product planning, and strategy development across software, hardware, cloud, and communications service providers (CoSPs).

Lynn Comp holds a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering from Virginia Tech and an MBA from University of Phoenix.

PATTY KUMMROW

BOARD MEMBER

Patty Kummrow has over 30 years of experience in the technology industry as an engineering leader, general manager, and board member. As General Manager of Intel’s Cloud Networking Group, she grew revenue to >$1B by balancing long-standing foundational products with strategic growth, and drove large-scale efforts to accelerate innovation and access new markets. Previously, she led global engineering teams at Intel and Hewlett-Packard to develop data centre products to support the rapid growth of cloud, enterprise, and communications markets. Ms Kummrow has served as an Independent Board Director for Synaptics since 2020 and chairs the Nomination and Governance Committee.

Patty Kummrow holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas and a M.S. in Technology Management from Walden University.

SHANNON POULIN

BOARD MEMBER

With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, Shannon Poulin has a proven track record of inspiring and leading teams. He has spent half of his career in high-tech product development, management, and driving profitable business growth. He has spent the other half of his career leading sales and marketing professionals, working with partners, and engaging with end-user customers to drive design wins and sell value-added solutions. He has held leadership and executive positions at Microchip, Intel, and Altera. He has an undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, a graduate degree in Business Management, and he has been awarded multiple patents.

SVENN-TORE LARSEN

BOARD MEMBER

Svenn-Tore Larsen is a Norwegian citizen residing in Norway. He served as CEO of Nordic Semiconductor ASA from 2002 to 2023. Larsen has broad international experience in the semiconductor business, previously as Director for the Nordic region of Xilinx Inc. He has also worked at Philips Semiconductor. Mr. Larsen is an Electronic engineer from University of Strathclyde, UK.

ZANE BALL

BOARD MEMBER

Zane Ball is a seasoned technology executive and semiconductor industry leader, bringing nearly three decades of experience in the development and enablement of silicon products and computing platforms for data center, AI, client computing, and foundry services. Formerly a key executive and corporate officer at Intel Corporation, Dr Ball has played a pivotal role in shaping industry standards and enabling new technologies for widespread adoption. Most recently Dr. Ball led Intel’s Datacenter and AI product management team following years of leadership as the Corporate Vice President of Datacenter Platform Engineering and Architecture. Ball’s team was responsible for designing and validating the latest Intel Xeon® data center platforms and enabling Intel’s customers to deploy at scale. Prior to his data center role, Ball was co-general manager of Intel’s silicon foundry business as a VP in the Technology and Manufacturing group. Ball has also served as a VP of the Client Computing Group, including roles as general manager of the desktop client business and leader of global customer engineering based in Taipei.

Zane Ball holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a Ph.D. in electrical engineering, all earned from Rice University. He also holds six patents in high-speed electrical design.
